Who we sell to

Florida Vending Distributors sells vending equipment to businesses and individuals who operate it. We do not place machines at locations or guarantee any level of sales or income from equipment you buy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. A 3% processing fee applies to card and financing payments; bank transfers have a flat $25 fee. Financing through Affirm or Klarna is offered by those companies and subject to their approval and terms.

Delivery and pickup

Local pickup at the nearest warehouse, or white-glove delivery anywhere in Florida: we bring the machine inside and set it in place, same day when available. Your rep confirms the price and time. Pickup is by appointment. You are responsible for making sure the machine fits through every doorway and has a suitable outlet at its final location.

Refurbished equipment

Refurbished machines are inspected and tested before delivery. Cosmetic condition and configuration vary from unit to unit; ask your rep for photos of the exact unit before you buy.

Returns, cancellations and warranty

Contact your rep before delivery to change or cancel an order.

Every machine comes with a 2-year warranty from delivery. If a component needs attention, your rep helps diagnose the issue, sources the part and coordinates the repair or replacement. Damage from misuse, vandalism, moving or unauthorized modification is not covered.
